Good habits are good for the health.Every morning we'd better get up early and do morning exercises before having breakfast.Taking a walk after supper is also important.It is not good to watch TV too long and go to bed too late.So try to have more sports in our spare time instead of staying at home.Eating too much at meal is bad for our health,too.We shouldn't eat junk food.We should eat enough fruit and vegetalbes.

Nowadays more and more schools and students focus on online education. Of course, online education is shaping up as the hottest issue.
As we all know, everything has two sides. On the one hand,online education not only can save time so that we can do more other things, but also can be convenient for our daily life and study. Moreover, after class we can find the videos which we did not understand and then study again. On the other hand, online education will increase in the face of the computer time which will be harmful to our health, especially it will lend to vision loss. Online education will reduce between students and teachers and students exchanges. Besides, it will make students become lazy more and more. Most of all, online education is short of the learning atmosphere.
In my opinion, I prefer online education because it can help us save a lot of time to solve our other things. We should reduce the face of the computer time to maintain our health. Above all, it is convenient for our study indeed. So I support online education.

网络教育一般指远程教育，在教育部已出台的一些文件中，也称现代远程教育为网络教育，是成人教育学历中的一种。是指使用电视及互联网等传播媒体的教学模式，它突破了时空的界线，有别于传统的在校住宿的教学模式。使用这种教学模式的学生，通常是业余进修者。由于不需要到特定地点上课，因此可以随时随地上课。学生亦可以透过电视广播、互联网、辅导专线、课研社、面授（函授）等多种不同管道互助学习。是现代信息技术应用于教育后产生的新概念，即运用网络技术与环境开展的教育。招生对象不受年龄和先前学历限制，为广大已步入社会的群众提供了学历提升的机会。
传统教学英语作文优缺点
1Learning in the Internet and the tradictional learning are the most common method in our daily study and life.
2The two ways both have their advantage and disadvantage.
3Learning in the Internet has the advantage that it brings free time for students to study.
4Moreover,it can be watched repeatedly, which can deepen the impression.
5However,it also has the disadvantage that teacher cannot supervise the students' study.
6The tradictional learning supplyes the Internet's disadvantage, for it has a perfect supervise machism.
7But it doesn't mean the tradictional's has not shortcoming.
8It limit the students' freedom and let students' be passive.

Personally, the policy facilitates students’ sound growth. First, it can impress them by the importance of rules and regulations, which are the cornerstone of a good community. Those who break them but get away with punishment will take it for granted and likely commit crimes in future. Besides, it hangs like Damocles' Sword and help cultivate self-discipline.
However, the policy serves its purpose only when applied properly. For one thing, physical punishment should be accompanied by psychological help so that pupils can realize the root of their misbehavior. For another, it shouldn’t do harm to their health, not to mention insulting them.
In conclusion, since the disciplinary action can mend one’s way and keep schools running on the track, why should we say no to it?. (126wds)
